Another Garbage Truck Has Arrived in Vinnytsia from Karlsruhe and Will Work for the Benefit of the Community

On the eve of the New Year, the community of the German city of Karlsruhe donated another special vehicle to Vinnytsia - a modern garbage truck. It will be used in the communal services. The vehicle is equipped to collect household waste and will significantly enhance the work of Vinnytsia utility workers.

According to Dmytro Naumenko, head of the municipal enterprise Combinat of Utility Companies, the garbage truck will work for the benefit of the entire Vinnytsia community - the city and its adjoining territories.

"We received this garbage truck from our partners, the twin city of Karlsruhe. The truck can load up to 90 cubic meters - it is a powerful vehicle that will work for the benefit of the entire Vinnytsia community - the city and the adjoining territories. It is also very important that it consumes fuel economically. One of the priorities of Vinnytsia City Council is sustainability, and ensuring the stable operation of critical infrastructure is fully in line with this priority. We are grateful to our partners for their support in this difficult time and look forward to further cooperation!" said Dmytro Naumenko.

In the summer, Vinnytsia received the first garbage truck from Karlsruhe, which strengthened the material and technical base of the municipal enterprise EcoVin. The vehicle is designed for rear loading and is adapted to standard Euro containers placed in the city.
