Vinnytsia City Council continues to work with foreign partners and deepen international relations aimed at strengthening the resilience of our community. On February 7, Mayor Serhii Morhunov had an online conversation with François Rebsamen, Mayor of the French city of Dijon.
The first contacts between Vinnytsia and Dijon took place in 2019. And now the cities continue to maintain and even deepen their relations.
"During the online meeting with our French colleagues, we exchanged views on further cooperation and partnership and discussed the first joint project that we plan to implement at the level of our educational institutions. We are talking about organizing a trip to Dijon for Vinnytsia children," says Serhii Morhunov.
The mayor thanked for the support of Ukraine. "I was pleased to hear that François Rebsamen sincerely supports Ukraine in its fight and wants the community he leads to contribute to helping Ukrainians. I am grateful for this position," said Serhii Morhunov.
The exchange of experience and initiatives is important for the development of communities and the country as a whole.
