Vinnytsia and the French City of Nancy Became Twin Cities

Today, on December 9, Vinnytsia Mayor Serhii Morhunov and Nancy Mayor Mathieu Klein signed a twinning agreement in France.

"Our cities have a lot in common. Therefore, we hope for a long-term friendship in various fields and at all levels: from municipalities to ordinary citizens," Serhii Morhunov wrote on Facebook.

He thanked the community of Nancy, the municipality and his fellow mayor for the friendly meeting and support of Ukraine during the great war.

"Cooperation with European cities strengthens not only our city. Each new international partner is an ally of Ukraine," added Serhii Morhunov.
