"We received new ultrasound machines from our German partner, the Burgenland district. This will expand the diagnostic capabilities of our hospitals," said Serhii Morhunov.
The Health Department of Vinnytsia City Council notes that the ultrasound machines of this model are universal, which allows for a wide range of ultrasound examinations.
"We have already decided to install this equipment in City Clinical Hospital No. 1 and Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Treatment and Diagnostic Center for Cardiovascular Pathology," said Oleksandr Shysh, director of the Health Department. In addition, these devices are universal, which allows us to conduct sonography in all possible directions."
Mayor Serhii Morhunov thanked the German partners for their continued support of both Ukraine and Vinnytsia Territorial Community.
"We are grateful to the community of Burgenland district and the head of the Economic Development Office, Mr. Thomas Böhm, for the much-needed medical cargo. As part of the German-Ukrainian cooperation between municipalities, we are opening up new partnership opportunities. In particular, the financial support instruments of SKEW "Small Projects Fund for Local Development Policy". It is important for us to feel that European communities are ready to help us overcome challenges," said Serhii Morhunov.
