"With the Support of Foreign Partners, It Will Be Easier to Withstand," Serhii Morhunov on the Visit of the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Ukraine to Vinnytsia

Recently, Martin Harris, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to Ukraine, paid a working visit to Vinnytsia. During a meeting with Mayor Serhii Morhunov, they discussed the vectors of further cooperation.
According to the head of the community, the United Kingdom was perhaps the first country to express its support for Ukraine since the beginning of the great war - not only in words but also in actions. And this assistance continues. This visit is another confirmation of this.
"I introduced Mr. Ambassador to our community, told him what priorities the city is living by during the war, what challenges it faces, and what kind of interaction we have with our foreign friends," said Serhii Morhunov. "We discussed another important issue - the russian attack on the country's critical infrastructure. We understand the scale of the existing threat. So now our community is looking for alternative power sources not only for business but also for our apartment buildings. The UK has a similar experience. It would be useful and necessary for us to adopt it."
Taking the opportunity, Vinnytsia Mayor thanked the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to Ukraine Martin Harris for a productive meeting, understanding of the situation and problems of our country. "With the support of foreign partners, it will be easier to withstand," said the head of the community.
